Hi,
I want to clock my Syntakt from my Pamela’s workout midi out while also being able to play notes from my Keystep. Is there a way to do this without buying a MIDI merge box?

Maybe have Pamela clock the keystep and then send clock and notes from the keystep to syntakt and it should fall in line, otherwise I think that you need a merger.

Thanks. I did try that but couldn’t get it to work - not sure if the keystep sends midi clock or not - or whether I can use the KS sync out with the Syntakt…
Hrmm well I can only speak for keystep pro but snce keystep has an arpeggiator and a bpm control then one would think it’s possible and Google seems to agree. I don’t know if you need to use arturia’s midi control center or not but I would assume that there’s a way.
I do know that keystep pro can send and receive clock if it’s set up to do that, but like I said I’m not positive about the standard keystep, I’m just assuming based on it’s ability to generate clock and the information online.
