Is there a way to time shift individual notes on a step ?
When using unquantized live record, this seems to be more or less recorded, but i can’t do it in grid recording.
I understand Elektron’s sequencer isn’t truely polyphonic in that sense. Notes of a chord trigger at the same time when they’re on the same sequencer step. When live recording, individual notes may end up on different sequencer steps microtimed in a way that the impression is created they’re triggered at different points in time on the same sequencer step when they really aren’t.

Yeah, you’ll have to place the notes on separate steps and use microtiming.
