Mic stand mount for Elektron boxes or other options?

Hi,

I’m a bassist in a band. I’d like to be able to use my A4 as well, as the only synth. I’m looking for a stand or a way to mount it so that I can access it while standing up, program, play with it, and then switch back to bass easily.

Any suggestions? I’m surprised there isn’t an “Elektron mic stand mount” since with a study tripod mic stand, it wouldn’t be much more of an issue than an big (and deeper) iPad.

Keyboard stand with some plywood on top is how I do it.

Allows me to stand and play multiple elektrons.

If you strip Electron box of its heavy metal chassis then yes it might fit on an iPad mount. Otherwise you’ll be well-suited with a laptop tripod. I use this http://www.jdsound.com.au/products/1379-laptop-stand-projector-stand-tripod-projector-stand.aspx sturdy, extendable legs and plenty of height. A fucking chore to lug around as well.

Thanks – I’m not using other keyboards or multiple boxes, so something like 4.33’s solution should work.
