Has anyone here ever used any of their products? Furthermore, anyone ever had to send anything to back for repair?
I ask because there’s very little info on them on the net. I’ve sent a Dominion X back for repair and I’m curious about their turnaround time for things like this, if anyone has experience dealing with them? Great sounding synth I gotta say but they’re not the most vocal when trying to contact them.
Only 1-2 people working there iirc. Never had to get my 522 repaired, though, so I can’t say on the rest.
Manfred (the founder) answered my emails when I had questions on power supply specs for the 522; that was a few years ago. Also more recently I had questions about the Tanzbar - I think he answered reasonably fast considering the timezones. Never had to send anything in for repair though…
I had to send my MFB Synth 2 back for repair after I damaged it connecting to an incompatible power supply. This was about 3-4 years ago. Manfred handled the repair and was very helpful.
I’ve had several questions about my Tanzbar and Manfred and Sebastian have got back to me within a day each time. I don’t know about repairs though.
I’m definitely interested to hear what their other gear sounds like…I really dig the Tanzbar’s sound palette.
Yea he was responding for a while but not heard back since I sent the synth over a couple weeks ago.
I’ve got some of their eurorack modules, love em! Never had to have them serviced though.
Have a few of their eurorack modules also. No problems here. Great value for money too
