Things that have helped me:
Try and walk in nature as often as possible.
Move my body when I wake up. A 10 minute walk before breakfast can be soooo good.
Deep breathing exercises. Multiple gains just from this.
Media fast. No newspapers, no tv, no radio, no internet news.
Read books which help you become more who you are. James Hillman and Jordan Peterson have helped me.
Clean diet. No processed foods, no refined sugars, very low in starchy carbohydrates. Good quality meats. High quality EPA and DHA fish oil capsules (Green Pasture are the best I’ve found).
Pay attention to your dreams. Keep a dream diary next to your bed so you can write them down as soon as you wake up. That’s your subconscious speaking to you.
Try and take regular small steps toward your goals. Even small steps give you a sense of pride and achievement which you can build on.
