Teenage Engineering OP-1 used for recording. Roland sh-01a for the arpeggio. The Elektron Machinedrum used for sequencing the arpeggio and for filter and effects.

Decreasing the volume of the delay repeats may allow to understand what’s the guy saying. Anyway it’s all illusion
