MD Data Entry knob "B" acting weird

Greetings fellow Elektronauts!
Great site here!first(but im sure not last :wink: )post here,till now i was just reading info from the past posts(there are quite some here)
as topic says my B knob is acting weird at the Data Entry knobs on my MD…if i take the knob off i see quite some dirt there.took it away(the dirt) but the tweaking is still acting weird…
if i tweak normally its not that bad,but if i press and tweak than sometimes it stays at the same place,and sometimes works…
i think there is still some dirt thats making some problems in there.anyone got an idea how could i fix this?
Ok im a savage,i admit,but had this idea:
could i take the knob off,make a cone with my hand,and try to WACUUM CLEAN the pot softly while tweaking?or am i a total moron to think this?

These knobs are not eternal.
If this annoys you too much, contact Elektron support to know how much replacing them would cost…
After that, it would be like new !
