wondering if anyone here has used the external inputs + 4 inp-f machines + 4 external outs to make a 4 band paralell filterbank?
thinking like those old moog modular FBs (realize here i won’t have as many bands, but you get the idea)
are the q’s narrow enough?
if you have a machinedrum i’d suggest trying out for yourself. (it won’t sound quite like a moog modular fb, but will have it’s own character)
It’s this kind of creative thinking that demonstrates the MDs potential far beyond a drum machine. i’m sure with extra LFOs and FX (and various sources) you could get some interesting sounds with this idea.
