I love my Elektron machines, I have 6 of them…
I’m curious why the paint was changed on the Analogs to a thin matt finish?
It does not seems as durable as the Octatrack’s paint job and although I have had the OT longer and is unmarked, the A4 sitting next to it has several tiny chips in the paint from minor contacts and does not look as clean as the OT
I would be interested in replacing the case or faceplate if Elektron provide alternative upgrade RYTM and A4 powder coat finished like the OT.
Also the red writing seems more vivid on the OT
