Happy to share that the complete Mastering Digitone II course is now available. With over 15+ hours of course material, it’s as deep and complete as the Mastering Digitakt II course.

I’m really stoked about its release as the Digitone II is so incredibly deep and versatile that it proved a big challenge to create a course that does the DN II justice. After many outlines and re-iterations I think I now got it just right. It contains quite an insane amount of information for both complete beginners and producers that are on a high level. All packed into an easy to follow, pragmatic course.
The course is neatly divided into 6 modules:
Basic and advanced functions overview, basic and advanced groove and workflow techniques
FM Synthesis explained & Advanced Sound Design
Mixing patterns to create a highly detailed and full sound
Arrange patterns and variations into a full song including smooth transitions
Huge bag of tricks tricks for your live performances and recording sessions
Sequence external gear with MIDI (+ loopback tricks!), and record your songs through Overbridge
Each module contains a large amount of long form videos going through each of these subjects in utmost depth. You won’t just learn Digitone II functionality, but music production from idea to finished song, all on Digitone II.
It’s perfect for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced users. Even if you have never touched an Elektron instrument you will be able to follow this course as we start from the very beginning. For advanced users there are many high level techniques and tricks.
Here’s a mixed and arranged song performance of one of the patterns that you’ll use to create a full arrangement with song mode and perform kit mode (in module 4). 100% Digitone II, with only a hint of maximizer to higher the overall level a bit.

First of all, a huge congratulations on the quality of your training courses.
The one on the Digitakt 2 taught me a ton. After hesitating for a while, I definitely don’t regret buying it. Great investment!
I just got the Digitone 2 and I was wondering if you’d considered selling just the FM module?
Since the sequencer and workflow are the same, it’s really just this module that would interest those who have already taken the DT2 course.
Unfortunately I can’t sell separate modules. Would require separate products for each module of each course. There are also various differences that are covered extensively like the chord mode for example
I just added a bundle of both courses for a bundle price though, which is also discounted at the moment. Happy to give you the DN2 course at a price that would end up at the current bundle price.
So, after a few days of deliberation, I picked up the combo package for both DT2 and DN2 courses. Looking forward to having a go at them and hopefully learning a lot in the process.
After some back and forth, I finally decided to bite the bullet and put the course on my credit card. I’m so glad I did; having worked through it for just a few days, I’ve already learned significantly more than I ever did from YouTube tutorials. Dave is a natural teacher who makes complex concepts easy to grasp. Honestly, this course is so essential it should be bundled with the Digitone itself.
