Sorry for the newbie questions. First off I’ve been controlling the master volume from the mixer menu because the master volume knob doesn’t do anything, i’m sure you’re supposed to set up the master volume knob to work somehow but I just don’t know how.
Second, I noticed that sometimes people use the last track as a master track, I guess to add some compression over the whole mix or other FX and I was just wondering how this was done!
Cheers and thanks!
Master volume knob, bizarrely, controls only the headphone volume
You set track 8 as master in Func + Mixer / Control / Audio / Master track
just curious, does anyone use the headphone out as a master out to take advantage of the volume knob?
Function + Track Level = Master Volume
Sounds Dumb / Works Good
I think the design idea here was somewhere between DJ looping tool and live improviser. You can listen to what you’re about to put out of the speakers. Thus the queue outs, which can alternatively be configured as a second out if you like.
Thanks guys! This is great! heh, just noticed my typo in the thread title.
