Master Track does not CUE Octatrack

Hello, i have the problem master track T8 sends no audio to cue and it doesnt mute T8 either (CUE mutes track)

Thats not a problem.
Thats normal behaviour.

why is it normal when a muted track is not beiing muted?

the manual shows:

NORMAL will make the cue outputs function normally, meaning a track will be routed to the cue

outputs when [CUE] + [TRACK] is pressed.

And in my case it is not comming out of cue. What is here normal, as you say???

This only applies to normal tracks, not T8 as master. If you want T8 to mute while sending to cue you should set it to a normal track

Calm down.
You cannot mute T8 if it master.
Look at the Cue level for T8 master track, see how it is blanked out. T8 master cannot be sent to cue.

Normal operational behaviour. There is no bug.
