Haven’t used one, but I considered a Retrokits RK-008 for that purpose.
EDIT: BUT consider how you would get your Program Changes into the device. It is a recorder, essentially, and on my quick skim of the manual, I still don’t see a way to manually sequence anything. Research needed.
