New stereo module from Make Noise
Post relevant info when you find it!
I think it will be a replacement for Echophon.
I am looking forward to this one!

Played around with this a bit at Superbooth (on their new microsound skiff) - it sounds really good! I’d put it somewhere in the middle of Echophon and Clouds, no pitch shifting on this but dual (stereo) delay lines which can both go down to granular/microsound lengths (zone) all the way up to 20 seconds with control over the feedback filter and stereo smearing (colour + halo).
Seems like a much more interesting delay than echophon however I doubt it does bread and butter like echophon does! I will get mimephon but keen echophon in my library
Which modules are in the complete system to the right? He mentions it should be a complete system?
The microsound system?
I think its Wogglebug , Maths , Morphagene , QPAS , Mimeophon , Xpan and the new sub mixer. (maybe a moddemix?)
Cool. They have well understood there is a demand for stereo modular signal chains. Well at least from me Have been looking to piece together a stereo modular fx chain but didn’t enough interesting modules for that. This might change that…
Mine is coming in the mail this week
I just have to wait until next month to get a skiff to put them in
I got one b-stocked for a good price but I´m not sure if it is the right delay for music I do. It has cool functions with hold and reverse and all that stuff - but does it always make sense to use those? For what do you use the special tricks of the mimeophone? I try to find out if maybe the volante or a magneto would fit more in my production process.
I tend to view effects as instruments themselves. I don’t use the same reverb or delay for the same thing. So I wouldn’t say it’s an all rounder but it excels at what it does. Have a few different types. Hardware or software , you’ll find out what’s right for you by doing so
Mine just came the other day and what an amazing module! Love it! great for crafting tons of unique ambient themes.
Just received mine cause I needed a delay for the Moog Labyrinth.
It’s remarkably simple and straightforward for a Make Noise module!
Hadn’t anticipated how ambient-ready this module is.
Beautiful little thing.
I think the only secret sauce is the skew button option for control of stereo effects and the micro tuning.
Seemless zone changing is amazing.
If I remember correctly, Crtl Mod had several short and demonstrative videos worth watching.
Mimeophon loves modulation! Congrats.
such a crazy good module!
