Machinedrum Tempo per pattern?

Traditionally, the MD has a global tempo. Other than using something like the OT for pattern / tempo change on the MD, is there any option to have Tempo per pattern on the MD? Is this fixed by X.0* OS or MegaCommand? Are there other options? I couldn’t find a post that addressed this.

Tempo is global for all patterns. The unofficial firmware does not include anything like this, and I can’t say if MCL allows for this.

The workaround is to program patterns in song mode where a pattern row can have it’s tempo value.
