Just wanted to contribute to the group with this live set performance I filmed recently in my studio. I used the Elektron Machine Drum, Monomachine, and the Novation Circuit. These box are great together, digital never sounded so good. I hope you enjoy it

That older video was one of the things that sold me on getting a Monomachine to accompany my Machinedrum. And I’m damn glad that I did.
I’ve been getting a good bit of usage of the Circuit alongside the silver Elektrons too, offering some brighter and/or poly sounds alongside. There’s some fun stuff built in and now that I’m (slowly) starting to make my own synth sounds it’s starting to be even more fun.
Your other recent videos with the System 1M have started to tempt me towards that box. I think I’ve gotten myself talked out of it for now, but do you think it’s a good companion to the Elektrons and/or Circuit?
Oh that’s cool, glad to hear I helped you decide on the Mono, it’s a great box, very under rated imo. The circuit is amazing for the money, especially once you start using the editor, it’s hugely powerful and sounds fantastic. The System 1m is awesome, the modelling on it is excellent. I bought it to replace my SH101 (which I still haven’t sold yet) and I’m not disappointed at all. The bass is massive on that thing. It interfaces really well with the A4 too. Right now I control it with midi from the OT and use the 4 CV outs on the A4 to add extra LFOs to it. It’s fucking great tbh. Not sure if it’s a good buy for you but it’s working well for me and the quality of the sound (both the plug outs and the base unit sounds) is undeniably awesome
I have this combo. Circuit plays nicely with elektrons.
