Here are some examples…
I think you mean the one, where the filter is opend, at the end of the sound, starting at about 1 minute or so.
The lushness comes from a little bit delay, but not on the whole sound, only on the open filter part.
Use the envelope to control the delay amount, with the release you control the filter opening at the end, with the envelope attack timing, the stabbiness of the sound.
Scroll through the envelopes, and use one with a dot at the beginning, so it restarts for each note.
Set the initial filter cutoff frequency a bit lower, and some pulse width mod, but not to extreme. You will open the filter with the envelope.
For the break you can performance macro, the envelope depth. (I am referring to the sound from the vid.)
Program an Arp, with 8 steps, or less probably.
