Low pass filter on non-Dj mixer

Hi!

I’m in the process of setting up a live set of some sort. For now i have ableton live running via midi to my digitakt, and then into my SPL Crimson which I’m just using as a standalone. I’ll soon be getting a Minilogue and an rc 202 to throw in the mix. What I’m also thinking is that I’ll perhaps need a mixer, and have been leaning towards an Mackie VLZ4 1202. The thing I think I’ll be missing is at least a low pass filter on the master track. It seems that this is something that’s exclusive to DJ Mixers, or am I just not getting this? I’ve also tried to find dedicated filters, but the only one I could find was the moogerfooger, which seems kind of expensive. Anyone know what I’m looking for here?

Didn’t think of that actually. But that is quite the expensive treat

The Roland MX-1 has filters. 1 on each track, and one on the master.

Dave smith also does a filter module which is a bit cheaper than the Moog.

Other options include guitar pedals, cheap multi fx boxes and old Roland SP samplers

Or you could DIY a filter box

you can also look at the pioneer line of effect processors… built with DJs in mind.

This! And you even can sidechain, inkl. A few relatively good master FX, USB audio to DAW. Not too expensive. Really fun and easy to use.
No EQ.
Damn I love my MX-1…

It looks pretty cool, but it’s also massive. Not really suited for the live setup I have in mind

Thanks for all the great replies, a lot to check out here!
