I was told there is an Elektron LA workshop for repairs and ordering replacement part.
Does anyone else know about it, if so could I get a contact info?

Assuming you are registered with Elektron you should create a support ticket at Elektron.se and your location may well factor into how your issue is processed. Discuss it with them first, I don’t believe it is possible to talk direct, but part numbers are discussed from time to time on the forum if that is what you are after
