Good idea, but I’d spend a wee bit more for an Ultralite 4 or something. That way you can use the the digital i/o to expand in the future if you need to. I have a UL MK4 with a Motu Traveler that I picked up cheap. You could even look at the Motu Traveler series, but I think their DC coupling might be a little weaker than MK4s, which you can remedy by running through an Attenuator, or something.

Haha, never mind I see there is no mention of EURO in OPs post. Geez we’re bad influences. Yeah the M4s/M6s aren’t a bad idea, unless you intend to need more inputs.

Just to be clear, you don’t need an interface to try this out. The DT and DN both can act as an interface. But a separate interface could give you more flexibility in configuration and possibly let you connect and manage more devices.
