Okay, let’s say I want to play long samples and have them play back in their entirety… maybe 5/6/7… 12 seconds. What would be the best way to do this while maintaining the original pitch of the sample?
Thanks for your help!

12 seconds is not so long… ![]()
what exactly are you struggling with? 12 seconds isn’t that long, so it should be easy. You just have to find out how many steps you need to set for track length so that it’s as long as your sample, if you just want your sample to loop perfectly. Or use the loop function in the sample menu (which is only there for single sample tracks afaik). Pitch issues only turn up when the BPM at which you’ve recorded your loop doesn’t match the BPM of your project, so just make sure to match the BPM.
What’s generally a bit complicated with longer samples on Elektrons is that you have to set the amp envelope to infinite sustain. Also make sure that the trig that’s triggering your sample isn’t too short (see value „length“, which should show values in steps, so be sure to match your track length if it’s a loop). You might not run into that problem with 12 seconds though.
Sorry…If you mean several minutes i think that if you don’t want to loop them you can trigger the sample with a trig and condition ‘first only’. It will play till the end…
Thanks so much!!!
si quisieras meter audios de 2 minutos por ejemplo ¿?
Tienes que Tonverkarlos durante 2 minutos

I think if you use it in the correct way longer samples should be possible but use that carefully, because Memory is restricted. Its a bit speculation because there is no memory indication, but I’ve got a lot memory full messages, when i did that.
