You liar you!
More on topic: We‘ve had five sessions so far and I really encourage all of you to try and find someone to jam/work with. We are getting more synced with each session, sometimes hitting these moments where we don’t quite know who of us is making which sound right now because everything is weaving together in such a nice way.
I assume many of you have played in bands and know the joy of playing together. But somehow we tend to pressure ourselves into doing everything on our own with electronic music. Don’t get me wrong, I also really like that. But it can be so nice to have someone else to take cues from and not share responsibility for everything. If you know someone, maybe try it sometimes, even if it’s just a jam thing that doesn’t produce any results.
It’s also nice to once not sync a synth at all and just play it with a keyboard. I‘m really bad at playing keys, but you just play differently in that way and things tend to sound a lot more organic.
