i have a few questions about live recording mode as I can’t get it to work. been trying to figure this out for a while but totally puzzled with it.
so i press rec + play at the same time. sequencer is running, rec LED is blinking. definitely not in GRID mode.

when i play the keyboard in live rec mode, should the step LEDs go fully lit as in grid rec mode? that what happens in my case. When I stop the sequencer and change to GRID mode I see LED fully ON exactly where I played in Live rec mode. Is this normal?

whatever i play on the keyboard everything gets quantized. I made sure all the quantize settings are off. global quatnize is set to 0, trk quantize is set to 0 but still whatever I play is put on the sequencer as fully lit LEDs and quantized. Quantize live rec is also OFF in SEQENCER CONFIG.

in NOTE menu the µTM parameter is off. all I have is a small circle with a dot over it. turning the knob doesn’t do anything. but in the manual I see a cross with dots and see that it changes the timing offset. How do I turn it on? Why is it off in my a4? Does it have to do something with the issued I described above?
