Live recording issues

Advice needed please …I have assigned 16 tones and perc sounds to each trig. In live recording mode, I have laid down a pattern on track 1…in trying to add to this with a new pattern and still recording in live mode, when I add new trigs (inc key mode) it doesn’t record. I’m sure I’m missing basic things here but can’t for the life of me work it out…it’s the same regardless of which of the 16 sounds I choose to layer over the first pattern. Driving me nuts. @rotur Did you check mutes ? (Green and Purple)

You can check if trigs are recorded in Grid Recording mode.
(Single press on Rec button)

Ah, no…haven’t checked that. Will do that shortly. Thank you

And indeed it was set to mute by default…which is how I received the unit…thanks for your help

Beware there are global green mutes and pattern purple mutes.
