I can’t seem to find this in the manual and no matter what I do on the MnM, I can’t figure out what’s going on.
Some of the preset kits that come with the MnM have a synth on one track, then the FX for that synth on another. When I hit notes on the FX track, it plays the synth sound even though it’s a FX machine. How is this being linked? I’d love to try and do that in my own kits.
Also, is there a way to have a machine on track 1 and a different one on track 2, then have them both triggered when playing track one on the unit itself? I know about multitrig, but my understanding is that it only works for ALL the tracks at the same time and that’s only when using an external controller. Perhaps I’m missing something?
just press the menu button and under TRIG page you’ll find what you need.
Sometime I use to play a single multitracks sound using Track1 to trigger Track2 ; Tr2 >Tr3 …and finally Tr6 >Tr1, so, whatever track you’re pressing notes on it always trigs all the tracks.
This machine keeps blowing my mind. Still working out getting warmer sounds out of it, but it’s happening slowly. I love sitting on the couch and dicking around for a few hours, then recording via USB soundcard to my tablet. I don’t even need to go into the studio anymore!
