I am new to the digitakt. Recently a D appears at the bottom left of the screen when I start the digitakt. the latest version (1.11) was already there when I received this copy. I am almost certain that the D was not there before, but it can also be me;). I hope you know what it means!
Absolutely nothing that a user needs to know, it’s something administrative that may be meaningful at Elektron’s end. It is normal and has for many years appeared (irritatingly) from time to time on various 
devices - bottom right is all that counts
Oh waw that’s so mysterious, now I really want to know, aha.
Maybe something like a (very minor) hardware revision.
