Left external input signal has become very quiet

I’ve already contacted support (waiting to hear back) but wanted to see if anyone else has ever experienced this. My left external input channel has become very quiet. I have to set the volume level of the left ext in to 127 and the right ext in to 40 for them to have the same signal strength. I’ve tried multiple sound sources and patch cables (including swapping the same cable with the same sound source between channels) with the same result. It was working fine until I upgraded to 1.12B so I’m not sure if it’s an OS bug or just a coincidence.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Okay, nevermind. Two factory resets later it’s working the way it should.

Glad you got it sorted. I had a similar problem a few months back but was so busy learning/working with other gear I never looked to “fix” it. Strangely though the issue has been fine since I hooked my Rytm up and re-cabled everything which also included updated the o/s’s of everything. Guessing an update fixed or reset something to get it working properly.
