I get stuck after I get the feeling that choosing and finding samples is becoming a chore.

Can’t believe I only just noticed this after 10 months. For inspiration: start new project, delete factory samples load up, say, 30 or samples at random from your plusdrive keep hitting SRC+YES to get random slices from random sample for inspiration And after fine tuning one sample with AMP, FLTR, FX, LFO leave those settings and start hitting SRC+YES again, and they’ll all sound completely fresh.

If you’ve bought sample packs, you might load a whole pack into your new project, and apply this process to that.
