On a nut shell had a problem with my Analog Rytm straight out of the box… Murderrrrrrrr…
Placed a ticket on-line and called the LA office, they told me to bring it over.
Nicest people : ) left it over and got a call the next day that they managed to fix the problem!
Seriously best customer service I encountered for a long time in LA and outside of it.
The pads were not responding when I first turned the unit on…
I was told that the issue only happened with a few of the first shipped units, they took care of that glitch so it will not happen again.
