I love how I expensive and flexible the Modwave is, I dislike how clunky the interface is and the sound of the filters . I would buy again in a heartbeat but it doesnāt fill all my polysynth dreams - I added an external filter (the analog heat fx) and that improved it quite a bit.
I also really didnāt like how the LFOs worked, or maybe Iām mis-remembering - are they each hardwired to a destination or is that just how itās set up by default and itās kind of clunky to change them?

The filters can sometimes be a bit of a fiddle but I got around it by not using the
filters on 99% of the patches I wrote.
The LFOs have built in destinations, but you donāt have to use them. Rather you can send an LFO really anywhere.
Nothing is hardwired unless you want to use the hardwired destinations.
I never do, I always have mod matrix entry per destination - no exceptions.
It really is a programmers synth IMO.
