Kits

Hey there, I apologize if this has been addressed, but I just got an Analog RYTM MK II today and when im in a new project I can’t access any of the preset kits. I just see empty rows when I click Func Kit

Kits are tied to Projects. So, the preset Kits that come preloaded with the Rytm are attached to the Presets Project – the one at the top of the list when loading a Project. To copy one of these Kits over to one of your own Projects, see void’s comment here:

Copy kits in between projects

you can do this without sysex: goto LOAD KIT menu, highlight a kit, hit function+rec. load other project, goto LOAD KIT men, hit function+stop.

Also (top tip!): Always, always save a new Kit when starting a new Project/Pattern before changing things, otherwise it changes for every pattern that references it (unless you want that ofc) Have fun!
