So I downloaded a soundpack from the website and transferred it to my rytm to find out all my kits are gone, I have to admit that I could have forgotten to save the project.is there a way to get these kits back thx

Did you open a new project? Cuz that’ll do it to ya

sorry but they’re gone if you haven’t saved the project. When you send kits to the project via sysex, they overwrite any old kits without asking.

you can safely check if they still are in a previous project version like this:

  • save the current project to a free slot
  • load the old state of the project
    maybe you had saved at least some of them? Good luck.

Are these the kits from the sound pack? Because you could just read d the sysex files that aren’t samples
