I have this strange issue with the Digitakt 2 and Keystep 37. Im not sure if its a bug with auto channel on the D2 or its the KS. But (on track 9) playing ARP and pressing three keys at the same time, triggers track 1 kick (midi channel 1). What’s up with that?? 
I also use the DT 2 with KS 37. Double check that whatever midi channel you have set in the DT 2 auto channel you also set the KS 37. It works great. Keep in mind that if you set any tracks as midi tracks, not to select any of the channels you’ve got samples playing on, or deselect those in the menu.

Yes I also think it is a midi channel choice problem, not a bug.
