That would work as well… but then you really need pitch to get 1 octave up or down… and the rate button to go down 3 octaves…
u can also do 64 difrent but same sounding C-notes in your to-be-sliced-sample
then you can use the slice-button to skip through it… and make “morphs” between m.
Especially if you combine it with that trick Veet was talking about.
do synth 1 to 64 on the left channel… and 64 to 1 on the right channel.
put spatializer on it… and have that one turn it into mono… and use its balance from left to right… u should get a mono-version of a mix between left and right (a mix between the left and right sample) … theoreticly… u should be able to make beautifull morphs.
So yeah… lots of posibilities… they just need “allot of pre-sampling”
I tried all myself… I liked 64-Cnotes-in-1-sample… .and I liked 4octaves in 1 sample…
I wanna try the veet way…
all other ways i tried, where a bit funky… and did not fit MY flow (which doesnt mean its not good… i just couldnt use it myself)
Enjoy playing with it.
