Yes tastes great.

A recent pic. Another idea is make crust from egg and mozzarella and add a touch of psyllium husk powder and bit of plain whey protein powder to bind and firm the crust up. I also make waffles aka chaffle from just egg and mozzarella cheese that look, taste and feel like real whole grain waffle with no gluten no sugar low carb and no almond flour.
