No meh here 
My OTs Knobs were worn out a bit after 18 months…
I made a support ticket, had some friendly talk and sent it to sweden from Germany via DHL.
5 days later it was delivered and - it is summer, they warned it could take a while to repair as it is vacation time - half a day later (!!!) the ticket was updated and the OT was ready to be sent back via UPS to me…
I received it yesterday and me is one happy guy with some brand new knobs on my OT…
So I want to say thank you to Elektron for this superfast handling…
