Joystick assign?

Probably a stupid question, but how do you assign the joystick to control a given parameter (pitch, vibrato, whatever)? I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t figure it out.

Push the Sound button.

then:
Sound Settings/Pitch Bend (left/right)
Sound Settings/Modulation Wheel (up)
Sound Settings/Breath Controller (down)
