“Spent an eve with the new @weareelektron #digitakt ! Crazy little box. I’m loving the size of this thing. Like a funk calculator… I pulled a bunch of sounds straight from ableton into the sample transfer app … that way I just audition what I want from the computer and sling it over. Definitely feeling that 2017 vibration. Love the global edit stuff. Its maybe my fave thing this box does. Plus all tracks can have diff pattern lengths. That’s crazy. So flexible. It’s a deep little box. It’s been great jumping in in. Respect @weareelektron !”

Been following Lidell since Subhead. Seems like DT is right up the alley for that Super Collider sound he dipped into with Vogel so many years ago.

Liddell is quite the Maestro and has been productive for decades. It’s clear that he focuses on the capabilities of tools, and (especially since Super Collider) song writing. DT’s immediacy will serve him well.

I’ve never read something and just knew that it was right in a way that I have with “Funk Calculator”

Though, I’m sure Teenage Engineering was hoping to get that title :frowning:
