Is there a way to insert a blank pattern?

for example, I realize that while arranging I would like to insert a pattern between trigs 2 and 3. is there a way to insert a pattern into the #3 spot and subsequently move the current #3 and all following patterns up one trig?

Currently if I want to do this I have to go to my last pattern trig, copy, change pattern up one spot, paste, go to the next-to-last, copy, change pattern up one, paste, and so on.
