Is it ok to leave them on for a few hours at a time?
Will that cause screen burn issues?
I’m pretty sure that the screen dims after something like 10 minutes of inactivity and then fully blacks out into screen saver mode after 30 minutes of inactivity (i.e. not being touched) so while what you’re concerned about is always possible, it’s less likely.
Lots of people will work with a box for a few hours at a time but usually there’s some switching of pages and adjustment of parameters and that helps combat screen burn, or “ghosting”, which generally occurs due to a static image being displayed for long periods of time.
If you intend to keep waking it up but leave it on the same screen (an example is if using it as an audio interface and staying on the mixer page, only adjusting the input gain from time to time) then you should be aware that there is a potential to burn the screen on any device and might want to remind yourself to switch pages occasionally to discourage that.
Bottom line is that I’d be aware of it but probably wouldn’t worry about it too much unless it’s an issue for your specific use case.

I personally don’t trust Elektron screens not to burn, so I turn them off if I leave them for any amount of time. Although, I think the screen will turn off after like 15 minutes or so of no use

At the same time, I leave my AH on for long periods of time while jamming, and the screen hasn’t burnt.
