A drink was spilled on my digitone ii about a week ago. He said it was just a few drops but I turned it on today and it’s being super weird. Buttons aren’t responding right away and triggering any drums send it into a glitchy roll. Is this repairable? If so, how much do you think it’ll cost? This is my favorite instrument i’m so heartbroken.

If it was powered on during the spill, or before any cleaning steps were taken, there is unfortunately a good chance that something shorted out somewhere. If you have a metric set of Allen wrenches (2mm), you can get into this device very easily to take a look at the extent of the spill. If you’re uncomfortable with that, never hurts to bring it by a reputable electrical repair shop for a quote at the very least. Nobody would be able to give a clear estimate for repair cost as any number of components could be effected, if at all.

Could just be the buttons that are getting stuck with residue. As mentioned, you’ll need to open it up to look as well as to clean it. Do you feel comfortable doing that? If not, I’d reach out to Elektron or look around for any local synth techs who could help you out.

Glad it’s working again for you.
I had something similar with my mc101. The AA battery compartment stopped working, but usb was fine. Tried all sorts of different batteries but it never powered up from any of them. Took it to a music repair shop. They checked it over and said the board needed replacing; cost $200+, practically more than the unit cost me so I said I’d have to think about it. Took the unit home and it powered up fine on battery! Probably just some dust in there that they cleaned up when opening it.
Glad you got it sorted, but you could have waited a day to build the drama a bit more 
I have a strict no food or drink policy in my home studio. Ruined one synth long ago, and learned my lesson.
