Even if it is not intended, what can they do. A thread with like 10000+ posts about an unreleased product are the best marketing ever. And that stuff leaks on the same day of the announcement are business as usual. They could just have announced it without a teaser, if they really wanted to be the first. But many sales ppl already knew about the device, so they knew that there could be leaks.

Yea, I prefer the shocker for manufacturers rather than leakers. The unannounced guest is more fun than having to force your hand.
