He sounds like a trippy dude, just how I thought from his music. Not surprised that he is gear agnostic, just use what’s nearby to get to the idea one way or another. Whether or not that’s how it really is or just part of his artistic facade, it’s a nice sentiment.

His bit about inspiration rang true. “If you aren’t inspired, what you create won’t be good.” You have to find that spark of an idea. And if it’s not finding you, you have to go look for it.
