Incorporating the Digitakt in your DAW setup

Hey guys!
Do you use the Digitakt with your DAW, and if so, how? I am running Ableton, and want to be able to among other things, sync the Digitakt to Live and do overdubs. Any thoughts on how one can make this work? Thanks
