Inconsistent triggers

I seem to be getting inconsistent triggers on some samples both when I trigger manually and when I use the sample trigs. Some times it triggers the sample for the complete length of the sample and sometimes it only triggers a short bit of the beginning.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be going on here?

thanks sicijk, I think that was it. when I cleared all the parameters that fixed it.
