Impossible to slide from parameter locks?

Yo everyone,

I find impossible to make a slide from a parameter lock. I must trigger the synth so that I get a slide. Is this normal?

hey Sam
I think you have to parameter lock the parameters to slide on the trigless trig as well if i’m not wrong.
For ex. you want to slide the cuttoff from the trigless trig to the “normal” trig ->
go in slide mode and choose your two trigs
exit slide mode, make the first trig trigless and parameter lock the cuttoff from the trigless trig & parameter lock the cuttoff of the “normal” trig.
trying to get my head around the slide function as well the last days and if I’m not wrong the only difference is that you have to parameter lock the trigless trig as well in contrast to normal trigs

Thanks man. Indeed, if the paremeter is not locked on a trigless lock (either the start or end point of the slide), the slide would not occur. We need to lock (=to select) the parameter, even if we don’t change the value from the track default. Enjoy your weekend <3
