Hello to all,
Does anybody know what the icons mean in the Sound Manager / Browser for sounds in the Sound Pool before the number of the Sound.
One reads like this :::
The other one is a square with a dot on top.
Things I have ruled out:
-Indication of a pure Syhtnesis sound vs one with samples.
-Used to indicate sound is used in a Kit / Pattern.
Hope anyone can help me, it is driving me crazy
Happy new year
Adrián
Haven’t explored or seen this on AR but it’s(2nd one) the lock icon they use, might reflect it is used as a sound lock or protected
Thank you Avantronica
You gave me a clue in the right direction.
Sound Locks that are a feature that allows all drum sounds in the sound pool to be changed per sequencer step. Any sound that is being used as a Sound Lock is assigned this icon.
Thank you very much for having taken the time to answer.

a clue … ahem, “reflect that it is used as a sound lock ” ! Think it can also denote locked/write proof status on other devices

uuuh… awesome… did you find that in the manual? I looked all day yesterday searching for “pool” and “square” …
thanks
you say square, I say diamond, but Elektron say circle , that’s bit reduction for ya
search circle - one hit
do you mean this symbol … as per unused (samples in this case) ?

“Circle” only appears in the AR manual.
@TrabanT are you asking about the Analog Four?
