I would like my OT to SOMEHOW make my A4 transpose up 2

I would like this to happen in a scene, so I can use the fader. I know the scenes cannot send MIDI. I was partially able to get a THRU track (from which the A4 was coming in) to record every bar, and then used a scene to mute the THRU track and unmute a FLEX track that I THOUGHT was somehow tracking the state of the THRU track. The closest I came DID play the last recorded bar of the THRU track, but only the first 500 or so milliseconds of it. The odd part is that the amount of milliseconds was quite variable. Sometimes it was 100, sometimes it was 2000.

So, TLDR: I want to have a scene that makes my A4 transpose up two notes. I am happy to do it via MIDI or some kind of OT resampling itself thing. Thank you for your time.

Why not use pitchbend? Set the A4 tracks to pitchbend of 2 semitones, then have the OT send pitchbend.

I have never done it personally but it should be possible and probably the easiest way.

Another way might be to use the transpose feature and send notes from OT on auto channel to transpose A4.
