I could understand if he hasn’t been productive. It can be confounding with all the choices of synthesis one has these days.
Especially modular synthesis.
Some folks can’t even decide between East’er West Coast synthesis.

That’s the best way to be, clearly there’s no ill intention or deliberate disrespect. Someone made a troll account and people responded to it jokingly. Better than feeding into it and getting riled up. Silly account, everyone ha-has and that’s the end of it
