Hi, new to octatrack. For some reason I can no longer hear my recorded samples. I can see the sound wave, but can’t hear it. Cleared all my scenes. Audio was working fine just prior. Not sure what I did. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks, Lisa
Update, I can hear now, but it’s incredibly muted.
Check FX blocks, P locks, scenes, track level, cue level, is track being set to cue? If using headphones check headphones mix.
Check LFOs, slide trigs.
Thats about it.
Theres a parameter somewhere doing something you dont want. All you have to do is find it.
It appears it was the filter on my master track!
Im constantly doing something like this.
I will fade out the master track to end a song and then not fade it back in and be baffled by the lack of music coming out the next time i press play.
Im well into my fourth year with the OT too, so take that as you will.
OT gives you so many options and as it does so it also gives you the rope with which to hang yourself, so to speak.
